Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement Group HR rewards and performance management strategies and policies.
- Manage Group Rewards & Performance Management projects and initiatives.
- Monitor expenditures, recommend control measures, and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Collaborate with peers for successful project delivery.
- Provide advisory, analytics, and support services for rewards and performance management programs.
- Conduct HR analytics and external benchmarking analysis.
- Lead year-end performance reviews, promotions, salary reviews, and bonus payouts.
- Review processes/policies and suggest improvements.
- Prepare management presentations, GNRC, and Board papers.
- Ensure adherence to risk and compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Expertise in total rewards, performance management, and HR projects.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.
- Strong program and project management experience.
- Proficient in data analytics and problem-solving.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
